The Philosophy
We believe nature provides everything the body needs to thrive. No additives, no shortcuts — just plants cultivated with intention and blended with care. Each tea in our collection is a direct expression of that belief: something grown, something real, something that works.
Younger is not just a name. It is the feeling of waking rested, moving well, and living with energy that feels earned — not borrowed.
The Beginning
Younger Tea began not in a boardroom, but in a body pushed to its limits. As an athlete and fitness instructor, I was searching for something honest — a natural way to recover, to sleep deeply, to feel renewed without relying on anything synthetic. I turned to herbs. Ancient, unglamorous, quietly powerful. The results were undeniable.
What started as personal curiosity became obsession. I began growing my own herbs on a patio in Houston, learning each plant's character — when to harvest, how to blend, what the body responds to. Every batch was mixed in my kitchen, shared with friends, refined over time.
What began as a pursuit to heal the body became something far deeper — a ritual that soothes the mind, stills the spirit, and returns you to your soul. I've always believed the quietest moments in a day are the most meaningful. A cup of tea asks something of you: to slow down, hold something warm, and simply be present. That stillness became my ritual long before it became a business. A daily return to myself, to what matters. It still is.
Nature gave us the ingredients.
We give you the ritual.
