We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked — whether your order is opened or unopened.
How to Return
To start a return, contact us at support@youngertea.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping
- If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping cost.
- If you're returning for any other reason, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately — no need to return the item.
